If Rangers and Oilers fans thought the fight between their two clubs last month was something or thinking back to a few of the recent brawls like Ottawa and Buffalo three years ago they have not seen anything.
The Coventry Blaze and the Nottingham Panthers of the "Elite" Hockey League had a brawl a few days ago that started with a player who had been tossed as he was being escorted off the ice streamlining toward the opposing goalie. The mayhem that ensued was great theater and the best part was the announcer who has having to play director with the cameraman to decide which part of it to show.
